Unsolicited sales advice


To be "in the market to buy" a person has to have these two things present in order to sell anything to them: a compelling reason to buy and a budget. If either one of these haven't sufficient evidence for, stop calling. I repeat, stop calling anybody that has given sufficient proof of reason and budget to buy. There are too many people in the effective market to sell to. The effective market awaits! Make relationships, too. Both!
